Meet the Instructor
Dawn Ramsden is a Licensed Massage Therapist and CEO of Wholistic Healing Experiences in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Since 2016, she has applied her former education in Medical Assisting to navigate Massage Therapy Billing with the various insurance providers in the auto and health industries.
She has been a credentialing provider in the VA Community Care Netowork since April 2022 and is passionate about educating and equipping more massage therapist to jump on board so that more areas of the Unites States have providers in the network.
This Introduction Class will offer background in understanding the provider numbers, tax identifications and what to expect from the experience. She shares some business strategies and processes she learned along the way to track submitted claims and negotiate with attorneys seeking to reduce her fees.
